Ortonville Public Library & Media Center
The Big Stone Lake Area Media Center is located in the lower level of the Ortonville Public Library (412 2nd St NW).
The Ortonville Public Library has been awarded a $48,000 Library Services and Technology Act Federal (LSTA) Grant! Vicki Grimli, Head Librarian, has been working with a committee and area groups to create a space that will benefit a wide range of needs in the area.
What does this mean?
The Ortonville/Big Stone County & surrounding area will have a space that will be versatile in it’s design and technology offering and will incorporate opportunities for all age groups.
The equipment is now in place and ready for use!
- 10 laptops
- 3 desktops
- projector
- smartboard
- TV
- DVD Player
- Wii for youth activities (or all ages!)
- Space to seat 100 people!
